Tony – Founder of Together Works
With over two decades of experience in hospitality management, from hostels to luxury hotels, and more than 10 years entrepreneurial expertise in property and project management, Tony is a skilled professional in his field. He is known for his practical approach, strong intuition, and outstanding people skills, creating positive and productive work environments.
One of his recent projects involved converting an old office building into a modern hotel, introducing a fresh concept to a suburban area known for traditional business hotels. The project was managed from location selection and (concept)design through construction-management and into current operations, successfully attracting a new target audience.
With his project management and operational experience, Tony understands the importance of a reliable and motivated team, recognising that strong teams are essential for achieving the best results. His approach balances attention to detail with effective leadership leading to consistently well-executed projects.
